Done. This one was a little hard for me because I can’t be at my physical best yet, so I wrote about the best I can be for now. Was a bit of an eye opener, and a motivator. Things that make me feel happy and content aren’t actually the things that make me live my best life, and ultimately lessen the quality of my life. Hmmm. Goals to work on.
ok Day 3 done. Interesting that there were several things that made me feel that I was living my best life but they ALL revolved around doing for other people. I need to think on this some more.
Done, very thought provoking. I know there are a few things I truly miss and I know what they are. I just need to figure out how to make them a priority.
