I’m at 68 ounces so far. I’ve also been unplugged for most of the day as we’ve been busy getting ready for our grandson’s 2nd birthday party to be held at my house tomorrow. The moving my snack closer to my bedtime has definitely improved my sleeping!
I’ll get in about 58-60 ounces total today, and no more food after 7 pm. Unplugged for an hour, and I’m planning my meals (grocery list, myfitnesspal, etc.) for next week tonight.
Just got home from Cape May, so I spent almost all of today unplugged. I drank 76 ounces so far, and am eating a snack now. Not heading to bed yet, but not sure I can stay awake for an hour.
I didn’t manage to complete 2 of the 3 (not feeling well). Not much water and I was very tired last night so I didn’t make the 60 minutes before bed not eating. I did however achieve at least 60 minutes unplugged.
