I wish I was better at planning meals, especially breakfast and lunch.

I have such difficulty letting go of living/dying by having people like me. There’s a golf outing this month for a professional group I’m on the board of. I have to go because I’m on the board. I don’t golf. I don’t have the time to be away from the office.

What a day.  Work is insane this week with the hours and pressure, I intended to be sugar free but had something with sugar without even thinking about it, and it’s HOT.  Like, swampy boobs, towel your face as you sit at the computer hot. I’m over it.

I was unable to get to the Y again today.  Hubby left before 9 thid morning and hasn’t made it home yet.  Some days are just like that.  But I did exercise here at gone.

10570 steps, ate with no “treats” and made the best choices available, but am actually looking forward to resuming my ” normal ” eating habits on Monday when we get home. We are having lots of fun though 🙂

I forgot to mention that I had my 3 month check up with my primary doctor yesterday. He is very pleased with how I am doing and my blood test was great (not as extensive blood test like my bariatric doctor).
