Checking in early.
Breakfast- Shale
Lunch- Split Pea Soup, turkey sandwich
Dinner- Taco’sI really didn’t get anything but some rest done. The rest was needed and I don’t feel bad about it at all. However now I’m tired and going to bed! Good night!

Does the author or the book have a website or Facebook page that they have publicly shared the recipe before? If you could find a link to it that would be awesome! other wise I bet @nikki-massie could chime in.

I’m a bit brain dead today and can’t think. So, I’ve run errands, including getting a new fitbit so I can put my old one out of my misery! Cleaning out the office (all week), finishing up the laundry. Walking (I know that this is a cross training day, but I’m a walker)

I think I have finally narrowed in on why Tuesdays have so much potential but they end up sucking. It’s the Cleaning Lady. I can’t stand the cleaning lady. Im gonna have to learn how to stand the cleaning lady becuase she is not there for me but she adds SO much stress to my monday night/ tuesday morning.

Woohoo for road trips! I Understand the work stress! do you have ideas for stress relief while at work? What kind of work do you do? are you at a desk all day?
