Well … I don’t do flowers … I’m allergic … but I went outside and enjoyed my potted flowers … and I lit a candle inside (my modification) for a nice atmosphere and fragrance I can tolerate 🙂

oh, I noticed all right, just gave you a pass today.

I stopped by the store on my way home from my support group and they were having a sale on roses, making them the least expensive flowers there! 

I have a hibiscus plant that actually has several blooms open today so I went and picked them and have them in my house to enjoy since it is way too hot to sit outside and enjoy them!!! 🙂  I will also be buying a bouquet of flowers when I go to the store in a few hours!!! 🙂

We have day lily’s in the yard.  I usually don’t pick them because my house is always a mess but today I will cut a few and put them in a pretty vase and put them on the mantel regardless of the rest of the house.  They will brighten my day.

I ended up going to bed early and didn’t post that I actually was going to bed because I didn’t expect to go to sleep but I did!!! YAY!!!

Anyway — task was accomplished!!!  Will have to try again soon!!:)

Made it a point to go out early this morning with flowers being the main goal. I did have other small errands to do too. Anyway, got my flowers 1st thing and they are sitting on my kitchen table since I walk by it maybe a zillion times a day. Checking in is on my mental list every day, but somehow I have been getting way too distracted, plus my allergies have been really bothering me lately as well as the humidity. I got 9 hours of sleep last night! that early bedtime was glorious!!

Flowers, huh. I can do that.

Going to go to the store with my grsnddsughter and we will pick out some flowers and then I will put them in my room so I see beauty as soon as I wake up!!

I took my nap but missed checking in last night….I am a day late and more than a dollar short.

Well..  I tried , but busy configuring house for 4 extra people, and busy brain.  Rest did not happen.

I slept 8 hours last night, which I haven’t done in weeks – clearly I needed It!

I have an addendum to my earlier post. The pick up has a blown head gasket (very bad news), a tow truck has been called. All the moving boxes have been loaded into my husband’s truck and they (and my son) have been delivered to the new home. I always take my vitamins every day, part of my routine. Usually good at meal planning, but it could be better. Water……let’s not go there!!!

No nap today, although I felt like I could use one. I should be heading to bed very soon.

Got myself distracted in watching the prime day deals and never got around to doing anything that I should have. I’m beating myself up over this, but I know that isn’t going to help anything. Anyway, I didn’t complete today’s challenge.

Its early bedtime for me tonight.  going in a few minutes.  getting my workout cloths ready then shower then hit the sack.   Night all!
