I don’t know what’s going on with me. I wake up with plenty of energy, but by lunch time, I’m barely dragging myself through the rest of the day.
Steps and liquids are in. Shake for breakfast, I don’t think that I ever ate lunch and some homemade shrimp scampi for dinner.

As a general rule, I’m pretty scale-averse. I don’t weigh every day. I haven’t for years. I usually weigh once a week in the gym. Since my bounce years ago, I’ve stayed within a 5-7 lb. range and I’m ok with that.

I am doing horribly with the challenge! The only one I seem able to keep up with is the liquids. But, I’m still here, just quiet and trying to get myself back on track and keep up with my munchkins, family and online transcription work which is so much harder than I thought it would be!!!

Feel free to think out loud here! I have a few meals planned out. The big exception to next week will be date night. We usually do dinner and some sort of activity and that is IMPORTANT time! But other than that, I’m packing 🙂

I definitely think this challenge has helped. My weekly goals before this challenge were to get my liquids in everyday. I was struggling with that. Now I’m hitting my liquids goal consistently.
As for the no eating 60 minutes before bed, I’ve learned that I have to have it no farther out than 30 minutes or I’ll be awake in the middle of the night…[Read more]

I’m tired today and have no idea why. But, steps are done, liquids are almost done.
Breakfast was a Premier Protein shake mix with coffee and heated up
Lunch was some homemade chicken salad and some apple
Dinner will be meatloaf and green beans
And bedtime will be early!
