Clipped, filed and painted. Not a great or even really a good one 😕, but done. I didn’t think I would get this one done as I spent most of the afternoon at the emergency clinic with my sister who was in very severe back pain. (64 years old and no insurance). She got some relief and I managed to slap some polish on my nails.

Well, I did clip my nails… as well as two of my munchkins nails..  but I did not paint my nails.  I did, however, paint my daughter’s toenails!!!  Lol

Well on vacay so I won’t be doing this one but I do need to touch up my pedi tonight

I will try to get my nails clipped and painted tonight, however I can’t say for sure that it will happen. I’ve spent the afternoon at an emergency clinic with my sister. She’s been having severe pain in her back and hip and reached crisis levels this afternoon. I’ll report back later if I can get them done.

I spent an hour doing jigsaw puzzles on my kindle and a couple of hours last night sitting in front of a fire, listening to music and great conversation with my husband.

Today was a take it slow day & contemplate a lifetime of issues with a replaced joint……

breakfast was a donut & a fistful of timbits cause mommy/daughter time, I then walked CostCo with ZERO samples going in my mouth!!  Usually Costco becomes a meal for me between the samples & their hot dog.

Over an hour at the resort pool (nsv -me in a bathing suit in public and  not feeling like I don’t belong) relaxing and reading

I got to wander CostCo without husband or kids!!!

I combined today with something off my fun list (originally scheduled for yesterday) Even though I’m not thrilled about my sister moving here, I called her up and took her out to one of the frozen yogurt shops. We actually had a relatively good time. Now I think that I will go take a hour long nap!

I am working hard to get my liquids in. It’s supposed to hit 103 today with a heat index of 109, so I’m guzzling as much as I can! I almost have all my steps in.

Breakfast was a vanilla Unjury shake turned into a Latte.
