52 ounces in so far. But it must be noted that 36 of those were consumed immediately after I finished mowing the yard in extremely high humidity and I probably had sweated out almost that much!
I changed to unsweetened iced tea today… but made my goal. The problem is water, plain water, can sometimes make me sick to my stomach.. so tea it is!!
74 ounces for me. Would have been more (goal is 80),but spent the last 7 hours taking my husband to the ER. Just got home and can’t stand the thought of putting anything into my stomach
