Thank you for your ideas!!! I think I may have stopped being quite as mindful when eating. I also think that lately I have been busier than before (more active), so only stop long enough just to get some nourishment in because I am losing energy and just “want to get it over with” so I can continue with what I was doing.

The vitamin challenge!

I really wasn’t feeling this one today but I did it anyway. And the coffee was delicious!

My car had to be towed to the dealership today!!!  😫 So my husband fixed me a delicious coffee this evening and we sat down without the tv on and enjoyed our coffee and just talked!!!  I plan to actually go to Starbuck’s tomorrow after getting my car and enjoying an iced coffee and just sit, relax and people watch!!! 🙂
