Thanks @susan!!  One of these weeks I will work up enough courage to participate in the support calls. Until then, I have a lot of scheduling conflicts in the next several weeks (vacation and upon return knee replacement surgery).

Thanks Konica!! Unfortunately here in upstate NY we don’t have a Costco. We have Sam’s and BJ’s.  Don’t know how they are since I don’t go to either of them. I have lots of protein powders, flavored and plain. Since they all contain whey protein isolate in them I am not sure if I will have a problem. I’ve been a hesitant to try, but will soon.

Thanks @robin-miller!! They are great suggestions. I guess I need more breakfast ideas besides oatmeal and eggs/egg substitute. But I love new idea’s for dinners!!
