      I’m a day behind checking in again! I am not having a difficult time with the water esp since it has been very hot here! The doing something before bedtime instead of eating hasnt been too hard but I keep falling asleep and therefore forgetting to check in lol

        No worries! You can go back and check in for past days. That’s allowed!

        I’m glad you’ve been staying hydrated in this heat. None of us needs dehydration or heat exhaustion.

      60 oz. as of 4 pm EST.

      Slowly but surely it’s becoming a habit!

      88 ounces so far.

      I had my snack 60 minutes before bed last night and woke up at 3:15 this morning with my stomach growling. I’ll see how it goes tonight.

       

      Updating.. I’ve had another 16 ounces for a total of 104.

      Had some graham crackers 45 min ago.  64 ounces today.  Heading to bed soon

      Went out with a friend tonight and got home late. Ate dinner and fell into bed 🙁

      On a good note, I’m still inching toward 72 oz!  Hit 68 today

      Got to 66oz and stopped snacking around 8pm … Today will be more difficult because we have graduation tonight so no drinking for 2 hours on the football field … We will see

      Fell asleep before checking in last night, but I didn’t eat anything 1 hour before bed and got 66 oz. of water in.
