Yesterday was a mixed bag for me. I didn’t get my walking in (doing it today) and generally loafed but I’m pretty sure that’s what I needed to do.

Today has been from Hades…
2 hour appoint with joint implant dr only to be told keep doing pt for the knee implant (45 mins sitting in lobby, um NO. My time is important also. So today is the day AFTER my baby went to college.
I don’t think it’s hit me yet but it will.
