I’m done for today and this one was short and sweet. Is there a thought about how long these responses should be? I was thinking pretty much however much comes out of your brain onto the paper, but if I’m not writing enough and need to dig more, I can certainly try that too.

Done for today as well. Thanking God today for His intervention that led to one of my greatest blessings in disguise. I found out that my boyfriend had a baby during a break up we had and he hid it from me. We were actually shopping for engagement rings when he couldn’t get approved for credit to buy it. His credit report came to the house, and on it was 1800.00 of back child support. Not a huge deal–except I didn’t know he had a baby! It lead to a much-overdue breakup. Thank the good Lord!!

Late to the party but all caught up and done through this day.  About to start day 5.

Realized animals made my list a lot when recalling what  makes me smile. Guess the unconditional love they give always brings a smile.

Joining the party.  Hopefully this won’t hurt my stomach like the ACV did! 🙂 Guess it depends what I’m journaling about though!

So I decided that my aching gut couldn’t take it anymore. I have tried it with food, in 20 oz of water, by itself, with mio, and after about day 8 it started to hurt when I’d drink it. I was wondering today if maybe I’d not eaten enough when I drank it? I hate to stop, but once the aching started it lasted quite some time, so much so that I mentioned to my hubby that I wondered if I had an ulcer brewing that the ACV found.

At any rate, I had made salad dressing with it so will continue to use that, but am gun shy about trying it. Anyone have success with it after initially having pain when drinking it?

Went back to my lemonade Mio but added a bit of fresh ginger. It was good. Still a bit warm in the tummy after but not bad.

I feel like my skin is looking better but maybe it’s the extra water? Don’t know but not gonna complain!!

      Good job ladies!

Tummy did not like today’s ACV effort. I had eaten beforehand too. I did it as a shot. Well actually, I mostly filled my mouth with water then sipped the ACV into my water-filled mouth, and GULP. It was less harsh, but I really think it needs the dilution of the water and drinking it over several minutes not to bug me.

No major awareness about my wellness at this point. Gonna keep on with it though. Gotta get in the muthhhhaaaa every day!

I forgot today. Not sure how considering it’s on my kitchen counter. If it was a snake it would have bitten me! Cannot bring myself to get out of my warm bed and drink it. I’ll get back to it in the morning.

I think part of the “thing” with ACV is that you are to drink it with the 16oz water prior to meals so you fill up and you eat less. Great theory.  Not sure how it plays out in practice.

      Well done ladies!

Oh yeah, I’m a generic brand girl myself but everyone knows what Mio is when you say it so I just go with that. Lol. Thanks again!

I actually have some sparkling water here that I was at a loss for what to do with, so I think I’ll try that idea Nik. Did my lemonade vinegar today. Better ice cold. I truly do not taste the vinegar at all, but like you Nik, I don’t mind it.

Will be interesting to see if any of us notice any changes with drinking it.

By the way, how much are y’all drinking? I have heard people get up to drinking it 3 times a day before each meal. Hmmm…not sure I’m quite there yet.

Howdy all! So I just put a little squirt of stevia in my acv and it made it about 1000% better.

Also read the suggestion to put it in a smoothie which I could see working well.

I have raw, unfiltered honey, and I’m not objectionable to adding a few drops for its health benefits.

Salad dressing has been suggested on several of these forums I’ve read, so I bought a little dressing blender bottle and am going to give that a go too. Nothing says we have to drink it, right?

And as one person said, adding it to water may just prolong the agony, so take it as a shot and chase it with somehthing that is more palatable.

      Keep the ideas coming!
